Custom Desktop Software Development (C# / .NET)
I have been building desktop software since my first corporate C# project, written on request before I started university. Highlights include an award-winning UAV ground control station, a software-distribution platform for Otoeko that automates licensing and installation, a sales and stock-tracking program that runs without any database engine, and an event-management app for Bursa Technical University’s SKS unit.
First step: Discovery & Feasibility — Free
Problems it solves
- Stock, sales, customer or event tracking still lives in spreadsheets or on paper.
- You need software that talks to a device, a sensor or a flight controller (serial, TCP/UDP, MAVLink).
- The program must run fast and reliably on a local PC, without an internet connection.
- You want to license your software to customers and ship it with a one-click installer.
- An old program has become hard to maintain and needs restructuring.
What you get
- A Windows desktop application (C#, .NET, WinForms) with a modern UI
- Layered, SOLID architecture, with multi-threading where needed
- Database or file-based storage, reports and charts
- Device / hardware communication (serial, TCP/UDP, MAVLink)
- Installer, licence management, source code and documentation
How we work
- 1
Free discovery call
I listen to your need, your current system and your goals, and we talk openly about what is technically feasible.
- 2
Scope and quote
A written scope, milestones, an exact price and a timeline. No surprise costs — what is included is clear from the start.
- 3
Build and regular demos
We agree on the screens and flows first; at every milestone I share a build you can install and try.
- 4
Test and handover
Testing with your real data, then handover with an installer package and user documentation.

Award-Winning Ground Control Station
Professional C# ground control software that runs all combat-UAV missions from a single window and communicates latency-free with flight controllers over MAVLink.

Otoeko · Software distribution platform
Otoeko Software Platform
A multi-component software-distribution platform combining an admin panel, a customer panel, a desktop manager, an online software market and an unattended installer.

BTU · Enterprise software
BTU SKS Management Software
A SOLID-principled desktop app I built for Bursa Technical University's SKS unit to manage events and produce statistics.
Otoeko · 1st-year university
Quick Sale & Stock Program
A comprehensive sales and stock-tracking program I built for Otoeko on a job offer in my first university year — running file-based, with no database engine at all.

My first corporate C# project
Interview Records (Plugin-Based CRUD)
My first corporate C# project, self-taught before I even started university. A CRUD application built on demand for a company, with a plugin architecture.

Personal security tool
NoviceHacker Login Security
An access-security tool that ties logging in and using the computer to your own USB security disk; without the correct disk the keyboard/mouse lock and the system becomes unusable.
Frequently asked questions
How much does custom desktop software cost?
The price depends on the scope; there is no fixed price list. The easiest way to start is Discovery & Feasibility: requirements analysis, technical roadmap, rough plan and proposal document. Discovery and feasibility are free. The price and timeline of the project itself depend on its scope and come as a firm quote at the end of that work.
Should I build a desktop app or a web app?
Desktop fits when you need offline use, local hardware communication or high performance; web fits when people need access from different places and devices. Hybrids are possible too.
Can the program work without the internet?
Yes. For example, the Hızlı Satış (Quick Sale) program runs fully locally and file-based, with no database engine at all.
Do you build software that talks to devices or hardware?
Yes. The ground control station talks to flight controllers over MAVLink, and the C# interface of the GPS object-tracking system processes data arriving over XBee. Serial, TCP/UDP and HTTP communication are routine work for me.
Is it Windows only?
My desktop projects are mainly on Windows and .NET. If you need Linux support, we evaluate cross-platform options with .NET Core in the discovery call.
Do you work remotely, and in which languages?
Yes. I am based in Türkiye (GMT+3) and work remotely with clients worldwide; meetings are held in Turkish or English and scheduled around your time zone.
